We two fun females in our 30's, both dancers and social, tidy. We're looking for someone to join our flat family. We like hanging out watching crime shows and comedies over a glass of wine or a cup of tea, trips to K Mart, dancing and general chit chat. We have a resident baker who makes amazing cupcakes.
Rent is $235 a week, expenses are $30 which covers internet, power, water and general flat expenses.
