We have a lovely new house in a Flatbush with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We're on the look out for one person to join the 3 people here.
The place is kitted out with motel furniture and have everything apart from your room stuff. You'll get your own shelf in the pantry and the fridge, and there's also a bunch of random herbs, sauces and other things that may or may not be shared, you never know.
You're going to share the flat with 3 pretty rad chicks. One works in the health sector and is always around for a good yarn, except when you don't see her for a week. The other two are primary school teachers, so if you like people who are covered in mystery stains and glitter, you're in the right place.
Three storey house. The house is very new and well insulated, sunny and warm. The flat has 4 bedrooms - 1 master with an ensuite and 3 double bedrooms. Only one of the double bedrooms is available currently, this has a double wardrobe with shelving up top and plenty of space.
We're really close to some shops on Thomas rd, and a short drive to Ormiston, Botany junction or Manukau mall. We've got a comprehensive knowledge of all the Kmart's in the area, and enjoy regular missions to find good places that make samosas.
Rent $165 per week
Plus approximately $60-70 per month for power, gas, water, communal flat bills.
Move in costs - 3 weeks rent as bond, plus 1 week rent in advance ($660 altogether)
