Lauren, Jarom and I are looking for an awesome new female flat mate to join us in our new three-bedroom house. We have just taken the lease on this cool property in Meadowbank. We want someone who is clean, tidy and sociable. Lauren and I both enjoy the outdoors and are always looking to bring along a new friend on our adventures. We like to have potluck dinners with friends and spontaneous afternoon drinks. We are looking for a female to keep the balance in the house as we have another male flatmate. Room is $200 plus expenses. The room has a built in wardrobe which can easily fit draws in. The house has a nice deck ready for summer BBQs and drinks in the sun as well as lots of off street parking and storage. The house is well equipped with 2 bathrooms and a gas fire in the lounge. We are very close to Meadowbank shops and only a 10minute walk across the causeway to Orakei Bay Villlage. Buses run right past our driveway for your public transport needs.
